Bravo Delta was set up in 1999 by Barry Davies – hence Bravo Delta. Barry had seen these amazing models while travelling in the Philippines, and with a lifelong interest in aviation it seemed a perfect fit. He developed and grew the model range for 15 years until 2014 when he decided to retire, and the business was bought by The Little dart Company Ltd. A family owned business based in Devon, UK.

The sale of the business was unusual to some extent since Barry was insistent about ensuring the future and livelihoods of the 70 families who put so much heart, soul and skill into making the Bravo Delta models so special. It was The Littledarts own family credentials which persuaded Barry that his Philippines-based family would be in safe hands.

The models, themselves, are all bespoke built from sustainable kiln dried Philippines mahogany, a hard wood with qualities that make it ideal for carving such detailed products.
